mmmm i LOVE tewksbury mustard... the BEST when used to create a really rich cheese sauce. only trouble is the shop stuff needs using up within a few weeks of opening so we buy it, use it twice and throw it out. if i had some fresh horseradish... i'll have a hunt at the farmers market on the weekend... this simply must be attempted.
